A loving return to self and nature, this space is a sanctuary for remembering: that beauty is not found in what we fix or erase, but in what we allow, nurture, witness, and soften into. Here, facials are more than just treatments. They are ceremonial, holistic rituals designed to meet you where you are— in whatever season of life, body, or heart you’re moving through. Each session invites you back into right relationship with yourself: your breath, your nervous system, your skin, your essence. Through intentional touch, restorative rituals, and results-driven care, you are guided into presence, where true transformation happens. Sacred Space Organics was founded by Dani Kilpatrick, a dedicated wellness practitioner, Reiki Master, sound healer, yoga teacher, human design guide, functional medicine health coach, and licensed esthetician with nearly a decade of experience. Dani’s work blends devotion with expertise, weaving together ceremony and science, intuition and proven results. Sacred Space Organics is a proud partner of Circadia Skincare, an award-winning professional line founded on the science of circadian rhythms— the body’s natural cycles of defense by day and repair by night. Circadia’s formulations combine cutting-edge peptide, antioxidant, vitamin, and stem cell technologies with botanicals and clean ingredient standards, free from parabens, SLS, and synthetic fragrances. Designed exclusively for skincare professionals, their products restore balance at a cellular level while honoring the body’s innate intelligence to support the skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICIES ✨ APPOINTMENT BOOKING ✨ * This is a private studio with limited appointments each week. New clients may be contacted to confirm alignment before appointments are approved. * Sacred Space Organics reserves the right to decline any booking that does not feel aligned with the energetic integrity of this space. * A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. No charges will be made at the time of booking. However, cancellation fees apply per the following policy. ✨ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING ✨ * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service total. (For example: If your appointment is at 11AM Friday, you must cancel by 11AM Thursday to avoid this fee.) * No-shows will result in a 50% charge of the service total and can lead to being prohibited from booking future appointments with Sacred Space Organics. * Repeated late cancelations and/or last minute reschedules may also lead to loss of future booking privileges with Sacred Space Organics. ✨ GIFT CARD HOLDERS ✨ * Your session has been prepaid, and no additional payment is required. Your gift card will be applied at the time of service and is not redeemable for cash. * If you prefer not to enter a card on file when booking online, you are welcome to contact us directly to schedule your appointment. * Although standard cancellation policies do not apply, we kindly ask that you treat this appointment with the same courtesy as any other booking. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate you accordingly. No-shows or repeated reschedules will result in being prohibited from booing future appointments with Sacred Space Organics. * All gifts cards are final sale, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or past their written expiration date. ✨ LATE ARRIVALS ✨ * Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. * If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to adjust your service to fit within the remaining time, meaning certain components may be omitted. * If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation, and the 50% no-show/cancellation policy will apply. ✨STUDIO ETIQUETTE ✨ * Please arrive with your skin freshly cleansed and free of makeup when possible to allow us to begin your treatment promptly. * To maintain the peace and integrity of the space, we kindly ask that no additional guests, children, or pets accompany you to your appointment. (Exceptions for children may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but generally cannot be accommodated due to safety and liability reasons.) * Substances of any kind (alcohol, recreational drugs, etc.) are not permitted prior to or during your appointment. * Out of respect for the sacred nature of your session, all phones and devices must be silenced and kept away for the duration of your treatment to ensure presence without interruptions. ✨ REFUND POLICIES ✨ * Due to the nature of services provided, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out within 24 hours so we can address any concerns. ✨ MEMBERSHIP & PROMOTIONAL TERMS ✨ * If you are a member or using a promotional offer, cancellation policies still apply. * No-shows or late cancellations for members will result in the forfeiture of that month’s facial. * Promotional offers are one-time use only and cannot be extended or rescheduled past their expiration date.
